As founder and CEO, Duke Cooke’s real estate experience began shortly after graduating from UCLA in 2003. While working for a single family home development company in Southern California as Profit & Loss Manager, he managed land acquisition, planning, procurement, construction and sales & marketing. He later moved on to building luxury high rise condominiums and multifamily buildings in Downtown Los Angeles. His experience includes new construction, major renovation, affordable housing (tax credits 9% and 4%), senior housing (HUD), historic (National Park Service), and various capital improvement projects. Duke is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional), licensed real estate broker and a general building contractor.

In charge of the company’s overall operational direction, he oversees and manages daily business processes and procedures. He works closely with clients to strategize income and growth projections and is responsible for the continued development of Eminent Resources and its position within the real estate development industry.
